Family Entertainment Centre

The entertainment centre offers daily activities, live shows, and a variety of games for the whole family. These can be accessed by buying the passes and activities passes directly from Southview themselves.

Fishing Lakes

Enjoy a peaceful day fishing at one of their well-stocked lakes. Perfect for anglers of all levels.

Fishing Licence and Parkdean Resorts Pass to be shown at the request of the bailiff (secunty)
There is a charge of £6 for adults & £3 for children for dawn to dusk fishing (NO night fishing)
A maximum of 2 rods, the second rod will cost extra.
Only residents and park customers are Permitted to fish.

• All persons fishing age 12 years and over must be in possession of a current EA Licence

Children under the age of 16 years must beaccompanied by a parent or an appointed adult throughout the duration of that child fishing
Barbless hooks only (bailiff will spot check at any time).
Landing nets must be used (NO keep nets).
NO dog or cat food is to be used (NO meat).
Lost or broken tackle MUST be reported immediately.
NO bait boats are to be used.
Any abuse of the bailiff will result in the person being asked to leave the fishing lakes.
